Kawasaki Ninja 400 – New Video Released!
Few hours earlier at the Tokyo Motor Show, Kawasaki launched their newest Ninja 400 motorcycle. This is expected to phase out Ninja 300 in due time and is expected to arrive on Indian shores soon. The design is inspired by its bigger sibling Ninja H2 with a light weight Trellis frame.
Kawasaki Ninja 400 Specification:
Ninja 400 gets a 399cc fuel injected, parallel-twin engine mated to a 6-speed gearbox, making a 44.8bhp and max torque at 38Nm. Braking power is delivered by single 290mm and 210 mm petal discs at the front and rear wheels along with an ABS system in place. The chassis is newly designed to be stiffer and lighter than before. The Ninja 400 weighs at 168kg , a whole 8kg lighter than Ninja 300. The bike gets Slipper clutch and delivers better low-end torque as well. From an aesthetic point of view, the motorcycle looks awesome with cool graphics and the big-bike feel definitely comes across well.
This bike will hit head on with its rivals such as Bajaj Dominar 400, KTM Duke 390 and Yamaha R3. Only time will tell how successful it is in doing so.
